The dataset comprises borehole monitoring data for observation wells at the Tydavnet Group Water Scheme in County Monaghan. The data include "continuous" records obtained from data loggers installed in 4 monitoring boreholes during the period 2004 to 2006

Lineage information about this project or dataset
The need for the dataset arose during the Recharge and Vulnerability project, in order to supplement existing data. The EPA has commissioned a number of research projects under the Environmental Research,
Technological Development and Innovation (ERTDI) programme (listed below) which contributed to
the assessment of pressures and impacts and the implementation of the Water Framework Directive.

Dr. Les Brown was formerly a researcher with Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering, Trinity College Dublin
